Overview
Brownfield Lift & Shift migration of an SAP S/4HANA system to SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), executed with the Backup & Restore methodology across two cycles — Development and Production.
As Technical Migration Lead, I drove end-to-end coordination across SAP Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, keeping delivery structured and predictable.
I executed the migration with Backup & Restore to preserve data integrity across both cycles, owned pre-migration validation and cutover, and handled the final handover to the Enterprise Cloud Services team.
