Brownfield migration of an SAP S/4HANA system to SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC), delivered via Tenant Copy with HANA System Replication (HSR) across five cycles — Sandbox, Development, QAS, Dry-Run, and Production.
As Technical Migration Lead, I coordinate end-to-end delivery across SAP Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams, keeping the phased rollout structured and on track.
I execute the Tenant Copy via HSR through every cycle while maintaining system availability, and own system preparation, landscape validation, and cutover planning to keep business disruption minimal.
