Overview
Brownfield Lift & Shift migration of a JAVA-based SAP system to SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) across three landscapes, delivered as Migration Consultant.
I coordinated end-to-end delivery across SAP Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to keep the rollout on time and low-disruption, and executed the migration with Backup & Restore via Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM).
Pre-migration checks validated readiness across every landscape; cutover and a complete handover package were delivered to the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) team.
